Yes, the typical process starts with underbrushing to clear out the smaller trees/shrubs followed by cutting down and hauling off the larger trees and finally either grinding down or digging out the remaining stumps. At this stage, fill material is brought in if necessary to grade out the lot and provide a level, buildable site.
